Bron Coffee Refund Policy
At Bron Coffee, we aim to provide an exceptional experience with our products. If something does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy to better understand the conditions and processes for returns and refunds, in compliance with Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify guidelines.
1. Refund Request Timeframe
- We accept return and refund requests up to 30 days after the product’s delivery date as recorded in tracking. Requests made after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Refund Eligibility Conditions
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products not in their original condition, used, or damaged will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or verified damage in transit.
- For payments made via Stripe or PayPal, the refund will be processed in accordance with the policies of those platforms, and processing fees may not be refundable.
3. Refund Request Process
- To initiate the refund process, email our support team at loja@broncoffee.com.br with the following information:
- Full name and order number
- Reason for the return and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective product
- Once we receive your request, you will receive instructions on returning the product. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
- We recommend using a tracking service for returns. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach our address.
5. Refund Methods and Processing Times
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout:

6. Non-Refundable Items

- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
- Products with manufacturing defects or damaged during transit may be exchanged for a similar item, subject to availability. Please contact us to request an exchange.
